Capacity is 185 in the main hall and 49 on the overlooking mezzanine for a total of 234

We also offer a meeting room and mezzanine for rental if you require less space.

The hall is well-equipped with tables, chairs, dishes & large kitchen

 

Rental Rates

We offer a variety of rental rates to accommodate your event:

• Weekend Rate (Friday at Noon until Sunday at Noon)

• Daily Rate

• Hourly Rate

Cleaning

Renters are required to remove personal items, take out bagged garbage, and put tables and chairs away.

​

Security deposit:

$500 is required for all rentals

​

Interested in activities for the community? Sport Ball, Yoga, Kids Activities, Jam Sessions? Discounts are available that can help promote you or your business!

Discounts are available for Woodbend Community Society Members who are regular volunteers
